| I'm back home safely. Thanks for everyone's help and concern. Since I'm back from Taiwan, I don't think I need to update my xanga anymore. In the future I might blog on some other site. Take care everyone.

| That's right. You heard it. I'm coming back July 24. No changes this time unless a typhoon decides to cancel my trip. See everyone at home.

| I am considering closing down my xanga site after I leave Taiwan. It wouldn't make much sense to have "The Adventures of the ABC" in America. I recently came back from Bali and I will probably post some pictures soon. There are several things happening to me I want to share, for better or worse.
First, I have a benign mixed tumor and I will need it removed. I don't want to scare you guys, but it can become malign. If I don't see you for a long time, you know why :)
Second, I am working with Tiffany to apply to universities in America, so I am translating her research paper and emails. Any suggestions on writing a professional email to professors?
Third, I am preparing to leave Taiwan sometime in July. In order to save myself from my own repetitiveness, I don't know the exact date I am coming back to America because I have an open ticket, so I can change my flight any time I wish.
Fourth, I will still be traveling around Taiwan or Asia. Anybody know someone who is coming to Taiwan and is willing to accept packages from me to take back to America?

| The end of May is going to be my finale as an English teacher in Taiwan. After two years at my branch, I will miss my coworkers and especially the students. At times my students have given me hell (I won't even begin to talk about their essays), but I believe overall we had a great time together (all the Engrish fun I could handle). I haven't told any of the students that I am leaving because I don't like long goodbyes. I will probably tell them a week before I offically leave and I will tell them my biggest secret; I can speak, read, and write in Chinese. I'm going to gleefully bask in their horror as they recall all the times they have said bad things about me in Chinese and though they got away with it.
As I leave my work in May, I must leave Taiwan as well. (No working permit anymore). Tiffany and I are going to visit Bali, Indonesia! After all the hard work in Taiwan, I think only paradise is a acceptable place for me to relax. I'm counting down the days. I leave you with some pictures from paradise:
I think the view will do at my villa. I hope this is big enough for two people. Me: Yes, that is correct. I would like breakfast at 3:00pm sharp. Personal Chef: At your command my lord.
